Health & safety

How we are supporting you and the community during coronavirus

On behalf of Perennial Kitchens, we’d like to share a personal note outlining how we’re supporting our customers through the circumstances surrounding COVID-19 (coronavirus).

Please be assured that during this time, we are monitoring the situation very closely and have already implemented even more vigilant practices in our showrooms and factory. The health and safety of our customers, employees and our community is our highest priority and we are highly focused on maintaining a safe and healthy environment.

Showrooms are temporarily closed in line with current restrictions

The health and safety of our customers, employees and our community is our highest priority and we are focused on maintaining a safe and healthy environment. In line with current restrictions in Melbourne, our showrooms are closed temporarily.

To continue to assist customers with planning their renovation during these challenging times, we are conducting virtual showroom tours and online appointments via Zoom.

Design meetings

Our designers are equipped with the latest technology and equipment to carry out meetings via video if you choose to meet with us this way. They are able to demonstrate and show you options and features as they would in a face to face meeting. We can schedule these at times most convenient to you. To arrange a phone discussion or to book an appointment, please contact Michael Simpson on 0419 316 672.

100% Australian made

In our factory in Bayswater Victoria, it is regular occupational health and safety standard for our cabinet makers to wear protective gear at all times. This continues to be enforced. As our kitchens and joinery are all custom made here in Australia, there are no delays to production or deliveries. We are committed to keeping disruption to a minimum.

Ongoing diligence and safety

We will continue to monitor and review the situation daily and follow the advice of the Australian Government to ensure we are operating in the safest way possible and to avoid minimum disruption to your project.

We send sincere wishes for everyone to stay safe and well during these unprecedented times.
