Why is it so important that BOTH partners attend the initial Design Consultation?
It has nothing to do with gender roles, which is often the mistaken initial assumption. It's a question of time and money: since most kitchen renovations involve
two partners who will be part of the decision-making process and living in the home, it saves us considerable time, effort and expense to get direct input from
both decision-makers from the start. This is what makes our free design service possible. Otherwise a design fee may be charged to cover the extra time, travel
and expense of additional meetings, re-designs, etc that inevitably occur when both decision-makers are not present. In other words, time is money — if you
save us time and expense, we'll save you money!
