We only design and manufacture Category One kitchens. What makes a Category One kitchen?

Benchtops

Solid 33mm High Moisture Resistant Substrate with heat resistant adhesive and drip line to underside of tops.
Joins are kept to an absolute minimum through the course of design.
When joins are necessary they are machined by computerised routers for a perfect finish.

Carcass

High Moisture Resistant Substrate which is machined by computerised saws, drills and routers.
Solid back construction to all cabinets.
Solid drawer bottoms.
Three point adjustable shelves.
All edges finished with superior hot melt edging system.
All cabinets assembled with nail screws and A.V. adhesive.
Also available are coloured interior and full gloss rolled edge interiors.

Exteriors

All veneer works are supplied on H.M.R. board.
All other finishes will be moisture resistant medium density fibreboard (M.R.M.D.F.)
All external edges are adhered with our superior hot melt injected system.

Hardware

Three-way adjustable German clip-on hinging system.
Two-way adjustable German metal sided drawer system. Timber sided drawer also available.
Full range of pull out accesary systems available, all covered by our extensive guarantees.

Other Details

Kitchen installed with secret fixings. Exposed fixings are capped.
Rubber cushion pads installed behind all doors and drawers.
Kitchen backed by 25 year Production Guarantee.
